Famal, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Carrie S. Famal, will take notice that on the 23rd day of August, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3860, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Carrie S. Famal. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
