Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Deboraha Hicks a/k/a Deborah Hicks, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Deboraha Hicks a/k/a Deborah Hicks, deceased, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Deboraha Hicks a/k/a Deborah Hicks; Unknown Spouse of Lewis Hicks, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Lewis Hicks, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Lewis Hicks, will take notice that on the 1st day of January, 2020, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2020 CV 552, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Deboraha Hicks a/k/a Deborah Hicks. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
