Bowyer a/k/a Derek Wayne Bowyer, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Derek W. Bowyer a/k/a Derek Wayne Bowyer; Unknown Spouse of Nicole A. Bowyer, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Nicole A. Bowyer, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Nicole A. Bowyer will take notice that on the 20th day of May, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 2318, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Derek W. Bowyer a/k/a Derek Wayne Bowyer. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
