Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Dorothy Disney, deceased, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Dorothy Disney, deceased, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Dorothy Disney, deceased, will take notice that on the 18th day of September 2018, Carolyn Rice, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed her Complaint in Case No. 2018 CV 4319, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Dorothy Disney. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. P70 01410 0042. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 2nd day of April, 2019 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
