Croix, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Edner Saint Croix a/k/a Edner S. Croix, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 3041 Edison Street Dayton, OH 45417, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants, will take notice that on the 23rd day of August, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3862, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Edner Saint Croix a/k/a Edner S. Croix. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
