Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2020 CV 1201, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Elizabeth Bekay Carson. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
