Patton, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Gary L. Patton and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Gary L. Patton, will take notice that on the 4th day of April, 2023, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 01642, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Gary L. Patton. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. G29 01602 0007, G29 01602 0070, and G29 01602 0083. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 16th day of June, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
