Radford Sr.; Unknown Spouse of Richard Woods, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Richard Woods, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Richard Woods, will take notice that on the 13th day of May, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 2176, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Jerry D. Radford, Sr. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. H33300905 0101, H33300905 0102, H33300905 0103. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 29th day of August, 2019 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
