Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3315, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Walter Berry Enterprises, LLC. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
