Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2019 CV 5998, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Elias Spyrou, et al., defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
