P.O Box 544 Dayton, OH 45401, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Riverplace Associates, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Riverplace Associates, will take notice that on the 19th day of June, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 2870, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Riverplace Associates. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
