NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE TO REAL ESTATE IN THE COMMON PLEAS COURT OF CLARK COUNTY, OHIO, CASE NUMBER 19 CV 201 ESTATE OF ROBERT L. PALMER, ROBERT D. PALMER, JR., ADMINISTRATOR, PLAINTIFF vs. BETTY L. FRENCH and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY L. FRENCH and THE ESTATE OF HARRY E. FRENCH and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HARRY E. FRENCH and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HARRY E. FRENCH All whose place of residence and last place of residence are unknown and who cannot be served in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on April 12, 2019, Plaintiff The Estate of Robert L. Palmer, Robert D. Palmer, Jr., Administrator, filed a Complaint in the Clark County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court against Betty L. French, and others, demanding Judgment that title to the real estate described in the Complaint be found in Plaintiff, that Plaintiff's title to such real estate be quieted as against all named Defendants and all others claiming through or under those Defendants, that all Defendants be required to set up their interests or be forever barred, and that the Plaintiff be granted such other legal and equitable relief in which Plaintiff may be entitled, all relating to certain real property: Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Clark and City of Springfield: Being part of the S.E. Quarter of Section No. 33, Township 5, Range 9, M.R.S. and being Lot No. 114 as the same is numbered and designated on I. Ward Frey's Plat of his subdivision known as Lansdowne Park, as recorded in Plat Book No. 2 at Pages 234 and 235 of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio. Being commonly known as 2248 Erie Avenue, Springfield, Ohio and being Parcel No. 340-7-33-423-010. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record, all legal highways, all governmental rules and regulations and real estate taxes and assessments, if any. Deed Reference: Volume 1506, Page 1638, Official Records of Clark County, Ohio. Defendants are further notified that they are answer the Complaint within 28 days of the last of this Notice, or Judgment as prayed for may against them. Robert D.
