NOTICE OF PUBLICATION IN THE COMMON PLEAS COURT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY, OHIO 41 N. Perry St., Dayton, Ohio 45422 United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, United States Department of Agriculture fka United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture vs. Dannie Parrett, et. al. Case No. 2018 CV 05455 Dannie Parrett and Unknown Spouse, Name Unknown, of Dannie Parrett, whose last known address is 182 Rogers Drive, Germantown, Ohio 45327, whose current addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on November 21, 2018, United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, United States Department of Agriculture fka United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 N. Perry St., Dayton, Ohio 45422, being Case No. 2018 CV 05455 against Dannie Parrett, et al. praying for judgment in the amount of $120,451.20 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from August 28, 2018 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendant Dannie Parrett is the owner of: Real estate located at 182 Rogers Drive, Germantown, OH 45327 as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on August 27, 1992 in Mortgage Microfiche 92-2789 D01 of the Mortgage Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Montgomery County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Dayton Daily News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, United States Department of Agriculture fka United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture is entitled. Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practices act is given. Said Defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after the publication. Said Defendants will take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 22nd day of February, 2019 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
