To the Defendants: Al Croucher, whose addresses are unknown: In the Butler County Clerk of Courts 315 High Street, Floor 5 Hamilton, OH 45011 Butler County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas Plaintiff: Ditech Financial LLC Defendants: Douglas Perry III Case No. CV 2018 09 2161 Judge Spaeth Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant in the above-named court by filing its Complaint on September 26, 2018.k The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against Defendant. The prayer is that Plaintiff be found to have a good and valid first lien on the within described premises in the amount as set forth in the complaint and accrued interest and penaltieks, if any; that each of the Defendants be required to answer setting up their interest, if any, in said premises, or be forever barred from asserting same; that unless the amount found due the Plaintiff be paid within a reasonable time to be named by the Court, the equity of redemption of said Defendants shall be foreclosed and an order of sale issued to the Plaintiff for it to be directed to sell said premises as upon execution, and for such other relief as Plaintiff may be entitled. Subject however, to restrictions and limitations as are contained and described in a plat for said subdivision as recorded in Plat City of Hamilton of the Plat Records of Butler County, Ohio. Subject however, to all building use, planning and zoning restrictions, all limitations, easements, rights-of-way and protective covenants of record. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on January 21, 2019. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
