BID FOR PURCHASE OF FOUR (4) LIGHT TRANSIT VEHICLES Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent. The office is located on the 4th floor of City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 noon, local time, Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Bids submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Purchasing Department and now on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent.
