LEGAL AD AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS CONTRACT NO. 24-05-582 Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of the Butler County Department of Job and Family Services, 315 High Street, 9th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 until 10:30 a.m. local time on May 3, 2024 for Butler County Community Schools Liaison Program services in accordance with specifications. Each proposal shall bear on its face the Name and Address of the Proposer and shall be plainly marked "BCDJFS - Bid on Contract No. 24-05-582. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Butler County Commissioners or by query at www.bcohio.gov/ under Board of Commissioners, Services, Bid Postings. In order to solicit information, all prospective proposers must contact Lisa Sullivan by email at Lisa.Sullivan@ jfs.ohio.gov to register. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the County as determined by the Board, and to hold proposals valid for one hundred fifty (150) days from the due date.
