Legal Notice Sealed Proposals Will Be Received By

LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the office of the Parks and Recreation Director, 6025 Fairfield Rd., Oxford, Ohio 45056, until 5:00pm Friday, February 8, 2019. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the proposal; and to enter into a contract with the contractor of the proposal who in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Senior Center Roof Replacement Project.
