Bidders are required to be enrolled in, and to be in good standing in, a Drug-Free Safety Program ("DFSP") approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("OBWC") prior to submitting a Bid. BID SECURITY Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee equivalent to the amount of ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid, by certified check or bid guarantee and contract bond made payable to Sinclair Community College.
