Notice to Transportation Providers Request for Proposals

NOTICE TO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROVISION OF DEMAND RESPONSE TRANSIT SERVICES The City of Greenville, Ohio is seeking bids for the continued operation and management of its transportation program which includes the City of Greenville and limited transportation in Darke County; a three year contract with a start up date of January 1, 2020 and renewal options for two additional years. The deadline for submittal of proposals is 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 29, 2019. Service and cost proposal packages should be submitted one original and three copies of each in separate, sealed envelopes labeled "Service Proposal for City of Greenville Transit System (GTS)" and "Cost Proposal for City of Greenville Transit System (GTS)" and sent to: Board of Control, c/o Janelle Cross, Municipal Building, 100 Public Square, Greenville, OH 45331 Letters should include a contact name, address, phone number and e-mail address. All Respondents are notified that disadvantaged and women owned enterprises are encouraged to submit responses to this request. The City of Greenville will ensure that respondents to this request will not be discriminated against based on sex, race, color, creed or national origin in consideration of an award.
