Request for Qualifications Construction Manager at Risk (CM-R) For DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP Station 59 Submittal Due Date: January 27th, 2020 Notice is hereby given that Deerfield Township is seeking Statements of Qualification for firms interested in providing pre-construction and construction services as a CM-R for the proposed Deerfield Township Station 59 located near Butler Warren Road and Bethany Road, Mason, Warren County, OH 45040. The project including site & building improvements is expected to be an approx. 9,000 sf fire station including 2 apparatus bays, gear room, day room, sleeping quarters, kitchen/dining room, locker /fitness room, offices and support spaces on a single floor level. Estimated project cost is $3,300,000.
