City of Riverside State of Ohio The second reading and public hearing of Ordinance No. 19-O-707 will be held on November 21, 2019 at the City Council meeting at the City of Riverside Administration Building, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 at 6:00 p.m. City Council will then consider adoption. Copies of the ordinance are available to the public without cost at the City of Riverside Administration Building. A summary of the proposed ordinance reads: Ordinance No. 19-O-707 authorizing a second amendment to the master lease-purchase and sublease-purchase agreement by and among Fifth Third Bank (as Lessor), the City of Riverside, Ohio (as Lessee), and Widows Home of Dayton, Ohio (as Sublessee), under which proceeds in the original principal amount of $3,900,000 were used to currently refund certain obligations of the sublessee previously incurred for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping, installing and renovating hospital facilities.
