LEGAL NOTICE NO. 20-8193 Notice is hereby given that the Middletown City Council received and filed a designated outdoor refreshment area application and request to renew on November 17, 2020 during the regular City Council meeting. The application is available to review in the City Clerk's Office, 2nd Floor, City Building, Middletown, Ohio, during regular business hours. Public Hearing: The Middletown City Council will hold a public hearing to review the designated outdoor refreshment area application and request to renew on January 19, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber on the lower level of the City Building at One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio. Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place so stated. It is the policy of the City of Middletown to make all public hearings and meetings accessible to all persons, in accordance with state and/or federal laws.
