LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on August 29, 2023, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 23-279, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by repealing and replacing Section 1211.01 entitled Improvements as it pertains to underground telecommunications and electric in new residential developments. Ordinance No. 23-280, Consenting to the replacement of bridge expansion joints on Structure File Number 1202766 within the City of Springfield, by the Ohio Department of Transportation (identified as D07 BH FY25 (A), and further identified by PID No. 114941); providing for the maintenance of the right-of-way; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio necessary to complete the project. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
