REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS: WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION The West Chester Township Board of Trustees is requesting that residents interested in serving on the West Chester Township Zoning Commission submit a letter of interest and resume: West Chester Township Community Development Department 9577 Beckett Road, Suite 100 West Chester, Ohio 45069 Or email: bworley@westchesteroh.org The deadline for submittal is FRIDAY, APRIL 26, 2019. Please specify as to which Board you are applying. The Board of Trustees will appoint one member to fill an expired five-year term and one member to fill an expired three-year alternate term on the Zoning Commission. Candidate interviews are currently scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, May 7. The responsibilities of the Zoning Commission are described in Article 7 of the West Chester Township Zoning Resolution, and generally involve the review of requests for Zone Changes, Preliminary and Final Development Plans. To be eligible for a position on the Zoning Commission, the applicant must be a resident of West Chester Township. Interested persons wishing to review the responsibilities of the Zoning Commission may obtain a copy of the West Chester Township Zoning Resolution online at www.WestChesterOH.org or at the Community Development Department during business hours (M-F, 8:30 am-4:30 pm).
