In accordance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 3745-77-04(E), Enterprise is required to submit a Title V operating permit renewal application for the Lebanon Terminal no later than six months prior to the expiration of the existing Title V permit (i.e., January 14, 2020). 1-19/2020
