City of Kettering Public Hearing Planning Commission Notice

CITY OF KETTERING PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in the Council Chambers in the Kettering Government Center at 3600 Shroyer Road, on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in regards to a request to vacate a 8' wide unimproved general utility easement that bisects the now vacant property located at 408 N. Claridge Drive, Kettering, Ohio (PC19-006). The easement to be vacated also crosses a small segment of the residential lots at 400 and 416 N. Claridge Drive. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input, review the requested vacation and make a recommendation to City Council regarding the request. Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The application is available for review in the Planning and Development Department.
