LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 2020-2021 Annual Action Update A public hearing will be held before Hamilton City Council, meeting as a Committee of the Whole, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 345 High Street, 1st Floor, Municipal Building, to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation on submission of the Draft FY 2020-2021 Annual Action Update for Hamilton, Ohio to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Draft FY 2020-2021 Annual Action Update for Hamilton, Ohio includes City Council recommended budgets for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds. The proposed budget estimated for CDBG is $1,469,934 and HOME is $393,338. Objectives of the CDBG and HOME programs include revitalization, preservation, conservation and redevelopment of neighborhoods, stimulating economic development, providing public improvements projects and other eligible activities, some of which are carried out by subrecipients. Copies of the Draft are on file with the Neighborhood Development Division, 5th Floor (Temporary), 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 and may be viewed during the normal working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
