NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 28, 2019, beginning at 2 p.m., in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following: Case #BZA-2019-03, Property Owner Dirtvest LTD, Applicant Justin Paulus, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section A to allow a land division with zero frontage and using a shared ingress/egress easement for access. The property in question is located off of Spangler Rd., Parcel No. 180-10-00023-000-042, in Mad River Township. Case #BZA-2019-04, Property Owner/Applicant Thomas Thullen, who is seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section A to reduce the minimum lot size from 1.0 acre to 0.53 acre to allow for a lot split/attachment. The property in question is located at 408 Graham St. in Moorefield Township.
