Notice of Public Hearing the City of Dayton

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Dayton will hold a public hearing to allow for public comment and recommendations on the proposed Jefferson Fairgrounds Joint Economic Development District Contract to be considered for approval by the Dayton City Commission and the joint economic development district to be created by that contract. The hearing will be held on October 2, 2019 at 6:00 pm at City Hall, 101 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. The documents required by Section 715.72(I)(1) of the Revised Code are on file, for public examination, in the office of the Clerk of Commission. 8-30/2019
