Public Hearing Notice is Hereby Given That Ordinance

PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 2019-40 will receive a second reading on April 22, 2019 at approximately 7:10 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Mason Municipal Center located at 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. Ordinance 2019-40: Amending Chapter 125 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mason regarding standards of best practice for real property transactions. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council where they may be examined. Anyone interested may appear and be heard at the meeting.
