PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 09, 2019, in the Development and Engineering Services Conference Room, 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to consider a variance request from City Code Section 1224.01(e)(9) "Fences and Walls", as stipulated in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The above appeal was submitted by Brivian Moberly, pertaining to the property at 6300 Miller Lane in the City of Vandalia, Ohio. Any interested party is invited to attend.
