PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, in the Development and Engineering Services Conference Room, 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to consider a variance request from City Code Section 1236.11 "Permanent Signs in Nonresidential Districts", as stipulated in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The above appeal was submitted by Kessler Sign, pertaining to the property at 6196 Poe Avenue in the City of Vandalia, Ohio. Any interested party is invited to attend.
