PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 08, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in a Remote Meeting setting to consider a conditional use for the property at 950 Helke Road, Vandalia, OH. The request is to permit an Assembly Hall/Conference Center use in the Highway Business (HB) Zoning District. The application was submitted by Yunus & Ravshan Ibragim. Please Note: This will be a Remote Meeting and viewable by the public only on "GoToMeeting". City Hall will be closed. You can request log in information by calling the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online at the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org This meeting will contain a public hearing, if you wish to submit any documents or other evidence for the public hearing it must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 04, 2020. If you wish to take part in the public hearing by making comments, contact the City at the number above no later than 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting to receive log in information to assure you will be able to participate.
