Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing Date of Meeting: January 13, 2020 Time of Meeting: 7:00 PM Location of Meeting: Hamilton Township Administration Building 7780 South State Route 48, Hamilton Township Request: The Hamilton Township Zoning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, January 13, 2019, at 7:00PM to consider regulations for CBD Oil specific retail stores in Hamilton Township. Hamilton Towns hip Trustees enacted a 1 year moratorium on all CBD Oil specific retail stores and urged the Zoning Commission to consider and recommend parameters for these types of businesses. The plans for the project are available for review at the Administration Building Monday thru Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Those with questions or concerns regarding the project are encouraged to review the plans and attend the meeting.
