EXHIBIT "A" Notice of Suit for foreclosure in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2023 CV 01439, Wright-Patt Credit Union c/o myCUmortgage, LLC v. Kathryn Jones and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns of Timothy M. Adams, whose place of residence is unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on March 22, 2023, Wright-Patt Credit Union c/o myCUmortgage, LLC filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, in Case No. 2023 CV 01439 against the above named Defendants alleging that Timothy M. Adams defaulted on a promissory note held by Plaintiff and broke the covenants of the mortgage held by Plaintiff and Plaintiff seeks to foreclose that mortgage. The mortgage Plaintiff seeks to foreclose, secures the real property located at 1421 Rosemont Blvd., Dayton, OH 45410. The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER R72-151-4-30, 31 COMB LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situate in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio and being Lot Numbered FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN (55577) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio. ALSO, THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE: Situate in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio and being part of Lot Numbered FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX (55576) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio, being more particularly described as follows: Starting from a point 44.2 feet from the northeast corner of said lot, on the east line of said lot; thence West in a straight line to a point 230 feet, 48.3 feet from the northwest corner of said lot; thence North along the west line of said lot 4.3 feet to a point; thence East 230 feet to a point, 40 feet from the northeast corner of said lot; thence South 4.2 feet to the place of beginning.
