BLAINE LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION PURSUANT TO CIVIL RULE 4.4(A)(1) Jonas Mims, whose last known address was 320 Pleasant Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45403 and whose current address is unknown, shall take notice that on the 27th day of November, 2018, Twin City Fire Insurance Company, the moving party, filed a subrogation Complaint in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Case Number 2018 CV 05474. Now comes Twin City Fire Insurance Company ("Twin City"), by and through counsel, Richard S. Matas, and for its Complaint alleges and avers as follows: COUNT I: 1. Twin City had in full force and effect a policy of insurance which provided coverage to Beverly Ossege (hereinafter referred to as "insured") 2. On or about May 24, 2018, Defendant Jonas Mims, Operated a 2003 Cadillac CTS exiting a private driveway of Muffler Brothers parking lot in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio, thereby causing a collision to occur between the vehicle he was operating and the 2004 Chevrolet pick up operated by Richard Ossege and was owned by Twin City insured Beverly Ossege. 3. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant Jonas Mims' negligence, Twin City was required to and did pay to or on behalf of its insured, the sum of $4,569.34 for property damage. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs prays for judgment against Defendant, in the amount of $4,569.34, plus costs, interest and any other remdy at law or in equity that this Court deems appropriate. The Complaint alleges the subrogation interest of $4,569.34 for payments made by plaintiff to or on behalf of its insured for property damage incurred from an accident with defendant Jonas Mims on 5/24/18 and is now subrogated for that amount. Defendant Jonas Mims is required to filed an Answer to the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the publication. Richard S.
