LEGAL NOTICE IN SUIT FOR FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Betty Sue Jestice as of Execution Date of June 20, 1974, whose last known address is Address Unknown and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Rickey Lynn Jestice and John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Betty Sue Jestice as of Execution Date of June 20, 1974, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 2nd day of January, 2019, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association successor by merger to Bank One, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Warren County, Ohio in Case No. 19CV091813, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit: Property Address: 3431 Old 122 Road, Waynesville, OH 45068 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 3232, page 619, of this County Recorder's Office.
