No. 19CV91871 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment in the amount of $4,256.20, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described real estate: Sidwell No. 02-04-227-020 (Lot 204 and Pt. Lot 193) Account Nos. 2110491 and 2139129 Sidwell No. 02-04-227-021 (Vacated Alley) Account No. 2110482 Situated in Franklin Township, Section 4, Town 1, Range 5, in the State of Ohio, County of Warren and City of Franklin and being Lots Numbered One Hundred Ninety-Three (193) and Two Hundred Four (204) as the same are known and designated on the plat of the Mackinaw Addition to the City of Franklin, Plat Book 1, Pag 199, Warren County, Ohio. Save and except that part of Lot Number 193 formerly conveyed to the Miami Conservancy District.
