Legal Notice Providence Assets, LLC, whose last known address was 1821 Arlene Drive Dayton, OH 45406 and c/o Northwest Registered Agent 3030 North Rocky Point Drive Suite 510 Tampa, FL 33607 and PO Box 75609 Tampa, FL 33675 and 1301 Monument Jacksonville, FL 34225, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Providence Assets, LLC, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Providence Assets, LLC, will take notice that on the 12th day of July, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3247, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Providence Assets, LLC. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
